  • More than Ten years of research experience in environmental science, microbiology, Biochemistry and Molecular Biology:  Biodegradation of pollutants, enzyme production and enzymatic route for product development, collagen,  development of biomaterials, application to wound healing; development of bioactive compounds from microbes and plants to combat potential pathogens like MRSA, prooxidant and antioxidant studies, MMPs expression; polyphenol oxidase, peroxidase, laccase, catalase, collagenase for pollutants removal and product development,  antimicrobial compounds, development of microbial mediated nano-strucutres, vesicles, biosurfactants, bioadhesives. Cell cultures, neutrophil isolation and maintenance, culturing and maintenance of macrophages and fibroblasts, assessment of collagen expression in cell lines, immunohistochemical studies.
