| Technical evaluation is carried out by CLRI, Chennai for tanneries and FDDI, NOIDA for product units | |

If a company owning CETP desires to upgrade its facility. The same would also be permissible subject to limit of Rs. 50 lakhs.. However, as it involves a policy decision the same will be communicated to both PIUs after the approval of the department. | |
